Kingswood was founded by Judith Wardell in 2001 as a way of continuing to contribute to the success and growth of businesses whilst remaining true to her personal beliefs and releasing the passion and creativity that she has for engaging and developing people in organisations.
"I have worked in a wide range of HR and Training roles and for some famous names, like Peugeot and Smith & Nephew. I have supported managers and staff through all kinds of organisation changes and challenges, in difficult times and in regeneration and growth. My role as HR Director for North Yorkshire Police also gave me a valuable insight into the culture and demands of a public service.
Throughout my HR career and through all the time spent developing policies, procedures, job descriptions and competency frameworks, the greatest challenge I faced was to remember that all employees are real people: Real people with complex lives, their own perspective on the world and their own unique set of skills and talents.
My constant belief has been that we can gain the best from people at work by respecting them for what they can do and also valuing them for who they are. Kingswood is about understanding and releasing the power of the unique differences that we all bring to our work and our lives.
These are the values that you will experience when you work with me. My associates bring different experiences, skills and talents to the team but all share these core beliefs.
We experience the benefits that diversity brings and want to share this with you.
